The area, and the environment around the hotel are good. There are restaurants and bars and it is not far from the the sea. The pool is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable even though it it is a little dated.

Close to everything shops beach all in walking distance, with laundry facilities at hotel or just down road at one of shops ,with deli and doctors office adjacent to hotel along with 2 pools and good priced massage facilities on grounds .security 24 hrs ,rooms cleaned every day or when wanted just put sighn on door ,reasonable breakfast available with 24 hr food room service. All service people at hotel are eager to help in what anyway they can . Great air conditioned room worked great.

8/10 based on comparisons in this price spectrum. Beautiful, accomodating staff- ready to help & always with a smile. Good breakfast. Super responsive to requests, both prior and during. Kids loved both pools. Great location. Short walk to the beach- ripper sunsets, & so many shops + eat options (Aussie bakehouse, for the down under crew 😉) We had the family room, which was key lock- so much space, and so much relief to lock the door and relax knowing the littles could run around the room/apartment without worry- a welcome reprieve having come from two private villa stays with doors that didn’t lock and very deep pools 😅 Awesome contracted room service for the neighbouring resto.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, two swimming pools, good air conditioning, affordable pricing and free luggage service.

So we booked this place for a week cause we wanted to take a break from backpacking and just relax and let me tell you we really did in this place. The bed was super comfy and big, the pools were huge, clean and so nice to swim in. The location is excellent with many bars, restaurants around and just 10min walk to legian beach. Buffet breakfasts was lovely, a mix of western and balinese food and the staff were lovely, cooking extra food like bacon to go with our omelettes. Truly an exceptional stay especially at the price.
